Venue

So, we went and looked at This is the Place for our reception and it's still just too pricey. As a result, we also ruled out Wadley Farms. On Saturday, Karl and and I drove around for a lot of the day checking out parks and things. I got super stressed, but some pastries from this amazing little pastry shop helped cure me. Haha. Today Karl and I met for lunch Murray park. It's across the street from my house and it's where we often take late night walks and talks and play on the swings. So already it's kind of like "our place." We went to the main office and booked it for the reception. Crazy and spontaneous, but perfect. We have the gazebo area and rented it for $50 from 3-11. It sounds ghetto, but it's perfect. There are tons of weeping willows and bridges and streams. It's so pretty in the summer. I'm excited! Get ready for the Karl and Kristie Bringhurst Wedding! :)
